How I Edit My Product Photos for Etsy and Shopify Using Photoshop and Stock Photography | VIDEO
I have been hard at work this week! As I work on my store I want to take you on the journey with me by showing you HOW I do things. In this video I show you how I edit my product photos using photos I took myself and photoshop!
There are two main reasons as to why I use mockups.
It creates consistency. My goal is for my online store to look consistent and professional. It needs to have a clean look, in that everything looks like it belongs to one another. In my previous store I wasn’t able to implement this idea because due to the products I had, but with the current line it works out perfectly.
On that note, the second reason is, workflow. It can really speed up your workflow to have a “template” to go off of to simply drop in the images of your products. Again, this won’t work for every store or product line out there, but in the cases it does it really improves efficiency. It can cut down time of designing the product, making it, setting up a photoshoot, taking the photo, then editing the photo. When you take the photo once, it saves so much time!
I talk about this in the video I made, as well as show you just HOW I do it. The editing software I use is photoshop.
